We provide a fully managed remote service. This means that if something goes wrong, we will know before you and we will call you with the help you need, or come to site, if it can’t be fixed remotely.
You don’t need any inhouse IT skills, as the “techie” side, is managed by us, all you have to do is logon and work.
Backups, upgrades, restores, patching etc. are our domain, as can be your website, if you want us to host that. Citadel allows you to work from anywhere and you don’t have to take our word for it, logon to our website and checkout what our customers say.
