Since the start of the pandemic, businesses have had to adapt to become more dynamic and adjust to a new way of life, whilst technology has continued to advance further…

“I would just like to say how pleasant and polite Ben is whenever I have a problem. I am near retirement age and anything technical is quite daunting for me. He is always reassuring and helpful I think compliment should be said when due.”

“Using Citadel has enabled us to deliver a fully hosted desktop and applications to our tenants. This has enhanced our overall business offering, meaning we can now deliver office space and the technology to complement it.”

“Citadel have been a much valued and supportive partner to Beaumont Textiles for many years and are unfailingly helpful. A measure of any partner is when things go wrong and a few weeks back Martin at Citadel reacted incredibly to a business-critical issue for us, that was not “His” problem. Great stuff”

Managing Director

Beaumont Textiles Limited, Chorley, Lancashire.

“Citadel has provided IT support to TSA for the last 13 years, during that time their service has been and continues to be exceptional. Citadels hosted platform is extremely reliable with routine upgrades and development, advisors are knowledgeable, friendly and quick to answer any questions or deal with any issues. I would highly recommend their services.”

Customer Service Manager

The Shredding Alliance Limited, Shredding Service, Barton, Preston

“We’d heard about ‘the cloud’ and ‘hosted’ but never considered it to be an option for us. But after learning about the benefits of a secure digital workspace, requiring no internal hardware infrastructure nor the cost and resources to maintain an on-premise server, the choice to move to cloud seemed the right decision.”

Finance Director

M. Duerden Limited - Packaging Manufacturer, Burnley, Lancashire

“Citadel has allowed us to remove a large, bulky server creating more storage and allowing us to focus on what is important rather than IT. Throughout the pandemic, the continuous and ease of use from different work environments was vital and still is now, as for certain members of staff we have introduced hybrid working.”
